Alcohol and Drugs

Questionnaire to evaluate the level of addiction to drugs or alcohol acting on the nervous system.
-
Recognize any abusive intake or a physical or psychological addiction to psychotropic. A psychotropic is a substance that acts on the
psyche by modifying the mental mechanics, which changes perceptions, moods, conscience, behaviour and the various physiological and
organic functions. The term psychotropic literally means, "that acts, that gives a direction (tropic) to the mind or the behaviour (psycho)."

Compulsive Gambling
We call obsessive gambling the "hidden illness" because contrary to other addictions, there is no "alcohol breath" no "red eyes" or any
other easily visible signs that allow to notice that a person has a gambling problem. It is a state that is characterized by the imperative
need to do an activity, or consume a substance and by the necessity to increase the frequency or the dose in order to maintain its effect
and to avoid the state of withdrawal (uneasiness, anxiety).
- Questionnaire to evaluate the behaviour and gambling habits to ensure that gambling remains a game!
- The protocol is established in collaboration with neurologists.
- Intervention at the obsession and anxiety levels.
- Monthly post-treatment follow-ups.
